Event Log

App works well, but please can you add seconds to the event log. It is often critical to know the exact time that an alarm was triggered.

When it works it’s good

This may be an issue with the entire company. The pin keeps not being recognized. This creates security issues because then we can’t arm or unarm a building. I’ve had to set off the alarm because I’m locked out of the app and call others to tell them it’s just me. Then go through trying to reset so it recognizes the pin again. And again. And again. And the support hours are not enough with the company to try and get to the bottom of it. I have an up to date iPhone XS.

So unreliable

I keep having to have my technician come to the house to fix problems. This is going on now for 6 months that I am going to disconnect the whole system and change it to something else. I have had enough and so have my neighbors from my alarm going off and not being able to remotely shut it off. What a disaster. Has even ruined vacations.

Bad connecring to server 😡

Really bad to connect after update for iPhone X. 😡

APP IS USELESS

Update ruined the system. Now the slider goes to unarmed by itself and can not activate alarm

Performance slower and less efficient after update

The app was functioning very well until the update. After the update it is slow and inefficient to use.

New version crashes every time on iPhone X

The newest version crashes before opening on iPhone X. An update is required immediately or iPhone X users will need to switch from iRISCO to another alarm system.

Doesn’t start up anymore

Since the last update the app doesn’t start up anymore. For an app with security-relevance that’s unacceptable. Overall, the app does not feel very professional nor user friendly.
